Stewardship

Guided by three Ps—Planet, People, and Purpose—we utilize our talents, skills, and financial resources via targeted planning and execution with the goal of making the world a better place and bringing life to the communities we serve.

Development

As development experts, we do everything from concept to fully developed properties, including market trends and analysis, pro forma budgets, land acquisition, and land entitlement. We also handle permitting, design, and engineering management, construction management, and lender relationships.

Property management

Our property management group is the go-to for everything from lease-up to operations in residential, commercial, and industrial real estate holdings. This includes leasing, tenant relations, forecasting, and contract services, to day-to-day operations and lease compliance.

Construction management

In partnership with our sister company, Hurley Construction, our construction division manages a wide array of construction projects—from ground-up construction to tenant improvements to remodeling.

Investments

Partnerships play an important role at Hurley Development, and we’re always on the lookout for like-minded partners interested in excellent opportunities in real estate. We’re selective in our choice of partners, preferring to bring together qualified investors that own projects with us and benefit from our approach to real estate investment. In every deal that we put together, we guide our partners through the process, giving them the confidence that comes from knowing that we are good stewards of their finances and that we’re investing our own money in the projects right alongside them.

Repositioning, retrofit,

and value

We acquire commercial real estate assets and raise their value in the marketplace by strategically renovating and making capital improvements on the properties. How does it work? We identify promising properties with the potential of high returns on investment, perform due diligence, then acquire and entitle land. We also design, build, and remodel commercial buildings.
