Ryan is an entrepreneur who opened his first business at the age of 19. He has worked in real estate development for over 22 years in various capacities including acquisition, entitlement, project design, development and management, acquisitions, and investment management.
Ryan founded Hurley Development in 2009 with the simple but powerful mission to Bring Life to every community they serve. Hurley maintains that his recipe for success is to be in tune with the community, its development needs, and staying ahead of economic and construction trends. This was the key reason Ryan turned his attention toward Downtown Vancouver as an opportunity zone, where he located his company.
Ryan continues to focus on creating life through his development company and non-profit partnerships.
